Mange ans\u00f8gere oplever, at reglerne kan v\u00e6re komplekse, is\u00e6r n\u00e5r det handler om offentlig hj\u00e6lp, arbejde og selvfors\u00f8rgelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Derfor v\u00e6lger mange at s\u00f8ge juridisk r\u00e5dgivning eller advokat hj\u00e6lp for at sikre, at ans\u00f8gningen bliver korrekt og undg\u00e5r afslag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Du m\u00e5 ikke have modtaget offentlig hj\u00e6lp<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For at f\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/permanentopholdstilladelse.dk\/index.php\/permanent-opholdstilladelse\/\"><strong><em>permanent opholdstilladelse<\/em><\/strong><\/a> m\u00e5 du ikke have modtaget visse typer af offentlig hj\u00e6lp i de seneste 4 \u00e5r f\u00f8r ans\u00f8gningen \u2013 og indtil Udl\u00e6ndingestyrelsen tr\u00e6ffer afg\u00f8relse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Det afg\u00f8rende er, om hj\u00e6lpen er udbetalt efter:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aktivloven (lov om aktiv socialpolitik)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrationsloven (lov om integration af udl\u00e6ndinge i Danmark)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Eksempel:<\/strong> Hvis du har modtaget kontanthj\u00e6lp frem til 1. juli 2024, kan du f\u00f8rst opfylde betingelsen den 1. juli 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der findes dog ydelser, der ikke p\u00e5virker din mulighed&nbsp; for at f\u00e5 permanent opholdstilladelse. Her kan en <a href=\"https:\/\/permanentopholdstilladelse.dk\/\"><strong><em>advokat med speciale i udl\u00e6ndingeret<\/em><\/strong><\/a>&nbsp; hj\u00e6lpe dig med at afklare, hvilke ydelser der har betydning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Supplerende kontanthj\u00e6lp<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hvis din \u00e6gtef\u00e6lle eller samlever har modtaget kontanthj\u00e6lp, kan du have modtaget supplerende kontanthj\u00e6lp i samme periode. Dette kan medf\u00f8re, at du midlertidigt ikke opfylder betingelsen om ikke at have modtaget offentlig hj\u00e6lp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I tvivlstilf\u00e6lde kan du kontakte kommunen eller f\u00e5 hj\u00e6lp fra en juridisk r\u00e5dgiver\/advokat, som kan vurdere, om dette kan p\u00e5virke din ans\u00f8gning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opholds- og selvfors\u00f8rgelseserkl\u00e6ring<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Som en del af ans\u00f8gningen skal du acceptere en opholds- og selvfors\u00f8rgelseserkl\u00e6ring. Den er integreret i den digitale ans\u00f8gning l\u00f8sning og findes ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5 Udl\u00e6ndinge- og Integrationsministeriets hjemmeside.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her kan en advokat hj\u00e6lpe med at gennemg\u00e5 erkl\u00e6ringen og sikre, at den udfyldes korrekt \u2013 is\u00e6r hvis din situation er kompleks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Du skal fortsat v\u00e6re i arbejde<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En af de vigtigste betingelser for permanent opholdstilladelse er, at du fortsat er i arbejde, n\u00e5r Udl\u00e6ndingestyrelsen tr\u00e6ffer afg\u00f8relse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Du opfylder betingelsen, hvis du:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Er l\u00f8nmodtager i en uopsagt tidsubegr\u00e6nset stilling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kan godtg\u00f8re, at du forventer fortsat arbejde\u00a0 (fx tidsbegr\u00e6nset stilling med kontrakt eller udtalelse fra arbejdsgiver)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Er selvst\u00e6ndig erhvervsdrivende<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bem\u00e6rk:<\/strong> Du skal arbejde mindst 15 timer om ugen. Fuldtidsarbejde er ikke et krav, hvis betingelsen om arbejde i \u00f8vrigt er opfyldt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Du opfylder ikke betingelsen, hvis du:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Er ansat i et job med l\u00f8ntilskud<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Er i ul\u00f8nnet arbejde<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Er under uddannelse eller praktik<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arbejder som vikar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arbejder under 15 timer om ugen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Er ansat i en virksomhed under likvidation, tvangsopl\u00f8sning eller konkurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Er selvst\u00e6ndig under likvidation, tvangsopl\u00f8sning eller konkurs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her kan juridisk r\u00e5dgivning eller advokathj\u00e6lp v\u00e6re afg\u00f8rende, is\u00e6r hvis din arbejdssituation er midlertidig, deltidsarbejde eller hvis du er selvst\u00e6ndig med usikker \u00f8konomi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At f\u00e5 permanent opholdstilladelse i Danmark kr\u00e6ver, at en r\u00e6kke betingelser er opfyldt.
